An experimental coffee from familiar friends in Burundi. For years, Greenco has helped us source coffees from the Yandaro washing station, which we have come to love for their exceptional sweetness, clarity, and complexity. This year, Greenco also brought us this lot—back on our menu for a second time. Produced at the Kibingo washing station in Kayanza, it underwent extended fermentation with commercial yeast to create a fruity, complex profile that stands apart from their classic fully washed offerings.
